SPACE GALLERY
T-SHIRT CONTEST
IT’S SIMPLE. WE NEED A DESIGN. YOU’VE GOT AN IDEA.

CASH PRIZE PLUS THE POSSIBILITY OF FAME.

What we're looking for:
- a one or two color design to be silkscreened onto a dark t-shirt. you can suggest shirt and ink colors.
- something fun. something great. something that people will want to buy.
- the design should have the words "SPACE Gallery" somewhere. printed legibly please.
- yes there are a lot of puns you can build on the word "space." don't feel compelled to do so.
- you can send us line art using a computer and a connection to the internet. or you can give us some paper to scan.
- tell us your name, your email address, real address, website if you have one.

What we'll do:
- using a very scientific process, we will select one winner.
- said winner will receive $50 and the first two shirts at a size of his/her choosing.
- oh yeah, the winner will also receive two passes for free entry to SPACE events for a month.
- SPACE will print a limited run of shirts with the winner's design, probably no more than 50.
- SPACE will sell the shirts and earnestly tell all who inquire what a great designer the winner is.
- we'll also maybe select a runner-up or two.
- the runners-up will receive passes to SPACE events, too.

How to enter:
1. Come up with an awesome idea
2. Email a hi-res or mail us a printout of your awesome idea. Email info@space538.org by 2/29/06, or mail to T-SHIRT, SPACE Gallery, 538 Congress St., Portland, ME 04101
3. Wait anxiously by the telephone in case we choose your design.
