Come to our Boll Weevil Ball! Kelly Murphy comes
antenna and all to Portland to dance her way through the Lunch Box. Her
luminescence illustrations in the picture book The Boll Weevil Ball inspired
us to go buggy. Kids can come to the Lunch Box in a favorite bug costume
or come to be transformed. After Kelly tells us about her life as an amazing
illustrator, each kid will have the chance to cover themselves with stripes,
wings and feelers. As always, the ever-so-clever local art instructor, Kelly
McConnell will be there to whip up a windstorm of costumes. Part-time fairy
