Moving In SPACE: Works in Progress

Moving in SPACE: Works in Progress is a new contemporary dance/movement/performance series that for its debut will feature three works in development. The series aims to provide a much needed regional performance opportunity for works in development in the contemporary dance and performance scene. Three artists were selected through an open call by jurors choreographers/dancers Sara Juli, Riley Watts and Asher Woodworth to perform at SPACE's inaugural Moving In SPACE performance.

Join us after the three performances for a chance to move with a DJ set by Ben Spalding.

The inaugural works-in-progress series performers are:

In 2017 she choreographed the Real AD Show, a musical theater production at NYU Abu Dhabi. Most recently she served as Associate Choreographer for Soft Power a new musical by David Henry Hwang and Jeanine Tesori, currently running at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. Sunny performs regularly with Ani Taj and The Dance Cartel.
